- MMMom On The Map1 day ago5.0We had a great experience at this USPS office, especially compared to the one in Conroe. Even though the building is older, the service is efficient and well-organized. We came in for a passport appointment, shipping a package, and a return, and everything was handled on time and smoothly. The passport staff was especially sweet and helpful, which made the process much easier. Overall, a very positive and efficient experience!

He was consistently rude, spoke to me in a condescending manner, and treated customers as if they were beneath him. I was expected to know how to handle multiple certified and return receipts on my own, with no guidance or assistance. This was not an isolated issue—other customers entering the office were met with the same disrespectful behavior. Such treatment is completely unacceptable in a customer service environment. I strongly recommend seeking services at another USPS location. I also believe management should address Scott’s conduct, as this level of rudeness reflects very poorly on the organization
