We had a great experience at this USPS office, especially compared to the one in Conroe. Even though the building is older, the service is efficient and well-organized.
We came in for a passport appointment, shipping a package, and a return, and everything was handled on time and smoothly. The passport staff was especially sweet and helpful, which made the process much easier.
Overall, a very positive and efficient experience!

I’ve been trying to get a package out of a broken mailbox for 3 months now. Many promises to come retrieve the package and deliver and they never do! Now I have package (my wedding dress) marked as delivered and it’s not even here. Feeling helpless.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this USPS location due to the behavior of an EMPLOYEE NAMED SCOTT. He was consistently rude, spoke to me in a condescending manner, and treated customers as if they were beneath him. I was expected to know how to handle multiple certified and return receipts on my own, with no guidance or assistance.
This was not an isolated issue—other customers entering the office were met with the same disrespectful behavior. Such treatment is completely unacceptable in a customer service environment.
I strongly recommend seeking services at another USPS location. I also believe management should address Scott’s conduct, as this level of rudeness reflects very poorly on the organization

The Willis post office is garbage! They're never on time. Don't answer any correspondence, and broke my mailbox. If there were an option for 0 stars, I would've picked it
