He was consistently rude, spoke to me in a condescending manner, and treated customers as if they were beneath him. I was expected to know how to handle multiple certified and return receipts on my own, with no guidance or assistance. This was not an isolated issue—other customers entering the office were met with the same disrespectful behavior. Such treatment is completely unacceptable in a customer service environment. I strongly recommend seeking services at another USPS location. I also believe management should address Scott’s conduct, as this level of rudeness reflects very poorly on the organization

Scott was unprofessional and rude throughout our interaction. He spoke to us in a condescending manner and repeatedly insisted that we were wrong only for it to turn out that we were actually correct with the information we were providing. Despite having a scheduled appointment at 2 p.m., he chose to assist another customer before us who had a later appointment. The woman at the front desk, however, was very kind and helpful unlike Scott, who came across as uninterested in his job. It seems he could benefit from retraining in customer service or perhaps being reassigned to a role that doesn’t involve direct interaction with customers.
