It can be stressful sometimes but everyone at this location has been so help and nice. Last time I was in Kaitlyn mad it such a stress free experience especially since I was in a rush. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

Randy is always willing to go above and beyond to help his customers. You definitely get that small town hospitality when you walk in with being greeted with a smile. Despite all the negative recent reviews below that are conveniently posted all at the same time are from a disgruntled local small business who’s upset because they can’t use the stores scanners to scan their boxes themselves instead of having the UPS employees do it per company policy which they were repeatedly told.

The staff is always so nice and helpful, take care of my packages, and I will continue to use this location for as long as I live in the area. Randy has always been especially helpful and nice.

He then started picking up packages and throwing them around. Everyone was is complete shock by his actions. This is supposed to be a reliable place to drop off packages and expect them to be cared for. His actions proved otherwise. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
