I left the establishment before even sending my package because he was hostile and made me uncomfortable. I wish I could leave no stars

She is impolite, not helpful, does no effort to articulate and is a shame for the whole office. Hopefully some day, USPS will read this comment and place here out of the counter, away from clients.
- ARAurora RoseJun 29, 20191.0I have had nothing but issues here. I have had them deliver multiple packages in the same day to the wrong apt box and it took DAYS to resolve. Currently I am fighting to have my change of address followed through on. And then I just wanted to have a usps money order cashed. They refused to cash it because my signature did not match that of the one on my ID. What?! On the back it says to verify ID. Not ID signature. You are verifying who the person IS. I took it to the Seymour hwy location and told the associate about it and he laughed and said he never heard of such a thing.
