I left the establishment before even sending my package because he was hostile and made me uncomfortable. I wish I could leave no stars

She is impolite, not helpful, does no effort to articulate and is a shame for the whole office. Hopefully some day, USPS will read this comment and place here out of the counter, away from clients.

She doesn't smile nor greet the customers. Her attitude is bringing the place down. I used to like to come to this location for my postal needs but no one wants to deal with someone like that. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE!
