  They are very nice there. They are quick but don’t make you feel rushed. The store is always clean.

  December 6, 2025 I began about 6 months using UPS to mail packages 📦 to Illinois and Florida. Only takes 2 days to Deliver there instead 4 days MAYBE with the US POOR Service. The UPS Central Freeway location in WF is EXCELLENT and Friendly Staff. USPS Branch on 5th Street took out the Big DropBox there, promising 8 months ago to replace it, Never Has. Downtown USPS got my package 📦 to be picked up There by Customer. USPS Received it There then LOST it. A year later, package 📦 Tracking Number Still SHOWS Available for pickup. They Refused to give me a Refund on my postage expense. I sent a letter to the WF PostMaster and Never got a reply. 5th Street USPS Lost my Hold Mail for my address and Finally Found the mail 3 weeks later. It cost me late payment on a bill that was in that group of Lost mail. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ USE UPS Because USPS CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

  Was expecting the delivery time for a week so I took lunch to match it. An hour before they decided to change the time and attempted to deliver before I could get home

  So thankful for the team at The UPS Store on Central Exp!!! I was up against a work deadline today and they came in clutch with their amazing service. Spent a good amount of time in the store completing a project and everyone, from employees to owners, was SO kind and helpful to not just me but everyone who walked through the door. Go see them for all of your shipping, packing, printing, copying, cutting, laminating, notary needs. You won’t regret it!
