I usually never have problems, but lately they’ve been shoving my packages in the mail box that don’t even hardly fit. I struggle to have to get my packages out of there. Please if the package is too big don’t force it in my mail box!!! Other than that I have no other problems.

I travel the country constantly and get mail delivered everywhere on the map. This is THE WORST PO in the USA. The Post Master General needs to look into this horrible tax payer funded service. DOGE needs to pay Whitney PO a visit.

I live in Thousand Oaks and have not received any mail since Wednesday! Yet I get emails saying that I will get XYZ, on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. But I have not received anything. Why????

Great service at the office. The only issue is the delivery person would not put the packages in the Parcel Box I had installed. They would put them on the ground IN FRONT OF THE GATE OR THE PARCEL BOX. They could have easily put them over the 4' gate or IN THE PARCEL BOX ONLY 4' FROM THE GATE so that thieves would not get them!!!
