- THT HApr 10, 20211.0We constantly have late or lost packages! And if it’s an Amazon package, forget about it! The answer is always contact Amazon, they will refund or replace it. Yet tracking says it’s made it to the post office but it has magically vanished...again! This happens so often it’s not even surprising. As of this moment, I had one package that tracking shows out for delivery delivered and the other saying out for delivery that is STILL OUT FOR DELIVERY! I’ve gone up to the post office already to find out where it is and was told that my route was split today and the other carrier has it...this was at 11 this morning and it is now 4 with no package in site. I’ve been making sure to report EVERY package as lost so that it gets looked into. Today will be the same. I am so tired of ALWAYS having deliveries not getting delivered or saying it’s delivered and yet it never gets delivered. Ever since Glenn retired, this post office has gone downhill! We NEVER had any problems when he was the postmaster! Now that April is there, it’s a constant battle to get anything taken care of. Always an excuse with her.

- DWDiane C WoodardOct 28, 20191.0Hold mail request to start 10/17/19. They started it 10/16/19. Resume service to start 10/26/19. Here it is 10/28/19 and still no mail. Of course no one answers the phone and I am on hold for 34 minutes with the main USPS number.
