  I’ve been coming to this UPS location for years and never had an issue until yesterday. I arrived just before 6:00 p.m. and waited in line while two employees continued helping one customer. When I asked about the cutoff time for overnight shipping, I was told in a condescending manner that I was past the cutoff—even though it was only 6:02 p.m. and the UPS driver was still there waiting for packages. When I asked for a manager, I was told she wasn’t available and was given a phone number that turned out to be another store line. When I called, the staff were rude and dismissive. One employee told me to “show up on time next time” and hung up on me. Very disappointing customer service.
