    Outrage Over Unsafe and Inaccessible Conditions at the Weslaco UPS Store To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my absolute outrage and deep disappointment regarding the current conditions at your UPS Store location in Weslaco, Texas. The situation there is completely unacceptable and frankly, dangerous. Your parking lot is under construction and is entirely unusable. There is no designated place to park, forcing customers to walk nearly 300 feet from a distant lot just to reach the entrance. Today, I had to carry a 60-pound package and another 20-pound box across that distance because there was simply no other option. I suffer from a serious back injury involving torn ligaments in my L4 and L5 discs, and as a result of this ordeal, I am now in excruciating pain. I could barely walk back to my car. The pain was so severe that I had to stop multiple times just to rest. I tried to park temporarily in the only lane accessible to vehicles, a narrow one-lane thruway, but was unable to do so without blocking traffic. There were no signs, no cones, no alternative instructions, no courtesy accommodations for disabled or mobility-impaired customers. Nothing. This is not just an inconvenience; it is a violation of basic accessibility and safety standards. A business that accepts public customers, especially one handling heavy parcels, has a legal and moral obligation to provide safe, reasonable access for all patrons. Your current setup is irresponsible, inconsiderate, and completely neglectful of customers with disabilities. The lack of temporary accommodations or even basic communication about the situation is unacceptable. I demand immediate corrective action and an explanation of how UPS plans to address this issue. At minimum, there should be clearly marked temporary accessible parking spaces, assistance for those carrying large packages, and advance notice on your website or signage outside regarding the parking limitations. You have turned what should have been a routine package drop-off into a physically damaging and deeply frustrating experience. I will not hesitate to report this to UPS corporate, ADA compliance authorities, and post my experience publicly if this is not addressed promptly. Do better for your customers, for the disabled, and for basic human decency.

    First and last time at this location! I was shipping a fragile box, and it clearly said FRAGILE in HUGE letters. Employee just grabs it and SLAMS it on the floor!

    They are very friendly and helpful. I saw two employees give and elderly man a cup of water and help him walk out of the store on to the car. You can see the team effort they put into helping out. I hope everyone appreciate those that give their up most to their customers. Not every place has a team that gives great customer service. Great job Weslaco UPS store!

    Parking lot is closed, but the that’s not the stores fault 🫢 Internet was down recently again not the stores fault. My packages have been delayed.. again not the stores fault. They’re friendly, fast and proficient. Workers work fast. I prefer coming here rather than the post office or FedEx.

    I stopped by the UPS Store today, and I understand their internet was down things like that happen. However, it would’ve been helpful if there was a sign on the door letting customers know before waiting in line, especially since they were only accepting cash at the time. I mentioned the idea to the employee working, but he didn’t seem too interested in the suggestion. A little communication would go a long way in helping customers save time and avoid frustration.
