- AAAli AliFeb 24, 20265.0I stopped by early in the morning to send an Express Priority envelope that needed guaranteed overnight/2‑day delivery. I got there around 7:40 AM, and even though they don’t open until 8, they keep envelopes available inside near the lockers. That was actually really convenient. I was able to get everything filled out before the doors opened. At 8:00 on the dot, they opened, and I was helped by Sharon. She was genuinely friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. She walked me through the differences between the Express and Priority options, including delivery times and pricing, and made sure I picked the right one for what I needed. Overall, great service. Big thank‑you to Sharon for making the whole process smooth and easy.

Another employee scoffed and took their lunch break after calling me over, but Enriko took care of my silly little insurance claim immediately. I called him Postmaster at the end of our interaction, and I think he tried to correct me to tell me he wasn't a Postmaster, but he should be given his work ethic, communication skills, ability to manage, and ability to quickly solve complex problems with customers.

After, I was trying to send DVDS & small VHS player & VHS tapes for a friend that's on fixed budget & that's older. I had some boxes from work, that had alcohol wine names on them. I was stated by 1 postal representative it was unacceptable. I stated I don't mind Purchasing USPS boxes. Ms. Sharon came to my rescue. She helped me with getting boxes to fit. I had packing tape. But, Really,really appreciate there are still Hardworking, caring people in the world. Ms. Sharon is a dedicate employee. How, wonderful we still have curiosity of patrons & employees. Ya"ll have Gem in Ms. Sharon. Shout, Out for Ms. Sharon!!!!💯👍💯👍
