  Came here to do a return from Amazon and always had nice workers, today the lady didn’t have any patience rush me through the return, speaks Spanish, and sent the wrong items and she pretty much said she doesn’t care that’s not her problem. She has white hair and super rude. I always try to browse through the store because of the good costumer service this time I just left.

  The manager actually is the one who helped me. She was very nice and really went out of her way to help me. She also gave really clear instructions on how to get my warranty. I'll be back. Thank you!

  Quick and easy purchase of my office chair, delevered quickly for pickup, great price on a VERY comfortable chair that has heat and messsage for my back, definately needed for my 10hr work days!

  It’s amazing the difference in courtesy between clerks. I had never been to this Staples. The clerk/cashier (older lady) was amazing. I would actually give her 10 Stars. Very customer friendly. The stars dropped when I went back an hour later to return the item. I found a much better price at Walmart. The young lady who did the exchange needed customer service training. It was obvious she had never done an exchange where a customer paid cash. Needless to say she put my change of $43 on the counter for me to pick it up. I asked her politely to put my change in my hand as I would offer her the same courtesy. She hesitantly picked the money up and put it in my hand reluctantly. Sometimes one bad apple can spoil the whole cart. I asked her if she was new on the job and she replied, No, I have been here since November.
