It’s been 3days and my priority mail is still sitting in Coppell, TX. Today is Friday Feb 27, 2026. UPDATE: Monday,March 2, 2026, item was delivered to a third party mail service at Texas Tech University. The mail is still not in my daughter’s hand and it shows delivered.

Long has been especially difficult due to her unresponsiveness and unprofessional behavior. This is a government office, and the level of service has been unacceptable.
