Over the past few months, my packages have been misplaced multiple times, causing unnecessary stress and delays. The final straw was today — a package that was supposed to be delivered was never even attempted. Instead, the carrier left a notice claiming no one was home. I work from home. I was here all day. No one knocked, no one rang the doorbell, and no delivery attempt was made. This kind of poor customer service and lack of effort is unacceptable. It’s frustrating to repeatedly deal with avoidable mistakes and careless handling. The community deserves better, and I hope improvements are made immediately.
