    It's a good thing I get amils and tracking information from sends or I would have never checked and found out I requested a package be held. who knew? I didn't. The rest of my mail was delivered today, but now I have to make time to go down to the Post office and pick it up. I guess that's better than the time they delivers things across town and couldn't tell me where, even though it east at my house. This is the worst post office I have ever had the mispleasure of having to deal with.

    Again, this post office delivered an important piece of our mail to a neighbor houses down from ours. Thankfully, this kind, unknown neighbor brought it to us. Then same day, the post person put another person’s mail into our mailbox! Also, they have still not showed up at 10:31 pm with our ordered package that shows “out-for-delivery” still at this late hour, and it’s still not in our mailbox. This ordered package reached the Waxahachie USPS early this morning, and it has not arrived. We consistently get wrong mail. Also, we got a certified letter over a week ago needing a signature, and we were home the entire day. The post person never attempted to come to door to get signature as there was no knock nor doorbell pressed. We would have heard it! And, this particular certified mail brown attached form had no name of who it was for nor who it was from as we have three adults living at our residence. I wrote a note to post person asking to know who it was for and they never responded, remedied it, nor came to our door. I have already reported these consistent mess-ups with the national USPS filing claims, and they still haven’t remedied the issues. Need new leadership.

    I am not sure what is going on with this post office and why the level of customer service is nonexistent. It’s truly a shame. The Post Master needs to get involved.

    We have received an e-mail twice that we have mail to be delivered. The postal delivery person did not put mail in our box on either of the dates. One was Tuesday ( no mail delivered until 7pm Wednesday) last week and again Saturday (no mail as of 7pm Sunday)We received another message today that we have mail to be delivered. According to the e-mail Saturday the mail is from State Farm, the one today is from Blue Criss Blue Shield. These are important items. We also have medication delivered from OptumRx every 3 months. That is the reason we get e-mails about deliveries that mail is being delivered. Our postal delivery person is aweful.

    My mail carrier continuously skips over my house and won’t drop off anything that she has to get out of her truck for and today I was supposed to get 2 packages and neither were dropped off cause she had to walk up to my front door to attempt a delivery. When I went to check the status of the package it says it’s being held at the post office per my request though I would never request that cause I work at the times they are open so I am unable to even get my package. I don’t have this problem when other postal carriers come through instead of the girl who normally goes through my neighborhood. I get it’s the holidays but still it doesn’t explain the laziness. I have made several reports about this carrier and nothing has yet to get done.
