  Every. SINGLE. Representative of UPS I’ve EVER interacted with on ANY level has been EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT with their knowledge, willingness to help, and competency to do so. I know when I walk in and there’s a long line, I’ll still be helped quickly. I’ve seen them pretty swamped, but I’ve never seen anyone shook out of their professional behavior and STELLAR level of customer service! 100/10 rating. Seriously.

  Dropped off package here then received an email telling be to retrieve the package.. I called within 20 min of dropping off package and they told me it was gone.. after I reminded them that the UPS truck left before I did and that was improbable they looked again and “miraculously” found it. I went to retrieve the package and they refused to refund the $24 I paid.. amazing customer service..
