- KCKenzie CabrelloAug 25, 20255.0Very nice and helpful people. A lot of reviews aren’t good but this is a small office with only 2 people working it so obviously it’s not going to be as fast but it is not usually packed at all so your in and out within 3-5 minutes.

- ADAnh DangJan 2, 20191.0I was there to drop off a return package, I had a label and box ready to go. The clerk there mid age woman with a short blonde bob saw me, didn’t even what I needed help. Assumed and said I would need to buy some tape because the office does not supply free tape. I was so astounded by this rudeness and unprofessionalism, I told her thank you and walked off. I don’t know where her assumption came from that she didn’t even ask me what i needed before making her comment but she is not there to provide good service as a federal employee. Even if she is just following the rules there was no need for her preassumption and rudeness. I am very disappointed in USPS after this incident considering I much value their services to this point. Please correct this behavior so that other customers will not have to experience it.
