- CPCaroline Paz3 days ago1.0I’ve worked in customer service. I’m not trying to be a Karen. I am 100% fine with waiting. But a small “I’ll be right with you” would be nice. It lets the customer know “yes, I see you, I will be right there.” I waited at the print services desk for a long time while the employees were in the back. I don’t doubt they were doing important work, but I let them know I was there because I wasn’t sure if they saw me or not. The girl at the desk looked at me like I had three heads and brusquely replied “when I’m finished” and proceeded to ignore me for five more minutes. Again, fine with waiting, didn’t yell, just asked if I could pick my order up but the whole interaction was odd.

Left without being able to purchase anything.
- JDJennifer DombrowskiOct 7, 20255.0Big shout out to Mike in print I was having a tons problems with trying to upload a file onto an application for two days straight came into the store, sat down, logged into their computer and started having trouble again, so I had to get some help. Mike listened took time and was patient with me. He was caring and knowledgeable. He offered different solutions and ultimately helped me figure out what was going on. At the same time he was able to continue helping other customers. I applaud him for such outstanding customer service, he did not get frustrated. He didn't sound like he was trying to rush me. I was very appreciative and I will start coming to this location for all of my printing needs. This was the first time I had been to this staples. I normally go to Office Depot. :)
