Kari in the printing department is seriously INCREDIBLE. She did not have to help me out but she went above and beyond in her customer service. She has made a lifelong customer out of me. Tonight I had a last minute change to a months long project at work which required printing, and I showed up 20 minutes to close and she made it happen! I got everything I needed, even though I was there past closing she made sure no one rushed me or anything. I cannot compliment her enough because I was STRESSED. Kari, you’re an amazing and wonderful person.

Went in today (around 2:45 pm) for some Amazon returns because Kohls wasn't an option for some reason. There is 1 guy at the front having to work both the cash registers and Amazon returns. At 1 point there were 5 waiting for Amazon and 4 waiting to be checked out/make Staples returns. No manager in sight, the guy at the front, Tom, was doing his best to get everyone taken care of, but he could only be in 1 place at a time. Another associate, Alissa, eventually comes, and was helping people as quickly as possible as well. My question is that if corporate is going to offer services then they need to have the employees there to perform those services. There is no reason for a Monday afternoon to have that many people waiting for help. Thanks again to Tom and Alissa for your hard work, I hope they recognize you for what you do for the company even though they make it difficult for you.
