  I appreciate it the customer agents patients and very knowledgeable and he made me feel very welcomed I enjoyed the service and I appreciate UPS stores everywhere

  I had such a great experience at the UPS Store thanks to one amazing employee, Shiela. She was incredibly kind and patient while explaining the entire process, making sure I understood everything without ever making me feel rushed. On top of that, she went above and beyond by carefully wrapping and gift packing my package. Genuine customer service can be hard to come by these days, but she truly stood out. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to help made all the difference. She did an outstanding job, and I really appreciate the care she put into making sure everything was done right.

  My review now falls somewhere between 2-3 stars ,when i first started using this facility it was great.NOW alot of things have changed,the address is no longer recoginized as a residential address,i started having a hard time getting credit cards regestered here,then they went to you can only get so many packages delivered here per month.Ok cool,deal with that,NOW if your packages stay more than 7 days they charge you 2 dollars per day for storage.I dont really get an excessive amount of packages but i am a otr truck driver so its impossible for me to control when i get my packages.Chock it up to corporate greed,if you can't make it in 7 days to get your packs this is not the place for you. Just cost me 40 dollars to get a pack that came in late last month. Also this place is NOT 24 hours as advertised with all that adding up, I've had enough, wanted to post this review to warn others about what's going on there. I think I'm going to Shipsters off China Spring Highway,to me this place has turned into a rip off.Staff it's good, Service is good, policy is crap, soon as my lease its up in not renewing,matter if fact I'm about to just start using the other mailer and let this one go dormant . It's a pain to change all this info in the system but it has to be done
