Lazy government worker who will not help you in anyway. The employee at the front refused to even go to the back to check for my my mail. He WOULD NOT let me finish a single sentence. Immediately pushing blame on the DMV. He basically agreed I’m stuck in this situation where I’m never going to receive my ID, and had the most uninterested attitude about the whole thing. I’ve been waiting my new ID going on 3 months and have had 3 separate ones mailed as they were never sent back by the post office. This is after one service request where I was told this was resolved. Yet I have never received one. All of these individuals would have been fired at any other private company. Government workers are the absolute worst. His name was Lonnie.

Absolutely unacceptable. I constantly have to go to the post office because drivers mark my packages as “needs gate code,” even though my address is always correct and triple-checked. This feels like pure laziness and refusal to complete deliveries. To make matters worse, USPS has now lost a 6-lb package containing my family member urn with their ashes. This is not just a delivery failure—this is a serious and heartbreaking violation. Losing something this important has made an already devastating grieving process even worse. USPS needs to be held accountable.

By far absolute worst post office! They NEVER answer the phone. Terrible mail carriers who deliver mail and packages to the wrong address frequently. Or they give you a key that doesn’t unlock any of the parcel lockers so you can get your packages, but then you can’t reach anyone to help. They also deliver mail while you have a mail hold. Unbelievable.
