I constantly have to go to the post office because drivers mark my packages as “needs gate code,” even though my address is always correct and triple-checked. This feels like pure laziness and refusal to complete deliveries. To make matters worse, USPS has now lost a 6-lb package containing my family member urn with their ashes. This is not just a delivery failure—this is a serious and heartbreaking violation. Losing something this important has made an already devastating grieving process even worse. USPS needs to be held accountable.
- KLKelly LOct 7, 20251.0By far absolute worst post office! They NEVER answer the phone. Terrible mail carriers who deliver mail and packages to the wrong address frequently. Or they give you a key that doesn’t unlock any of the parcel lockers so you can get your packages, but then you can’t reach anyone to help. They also deliver mail while you have a mail hold. Unbelievable.
