You could walk into this office holding a big red apple in your hand and they'd look you dead in the eyes and tell you it's actually a yellow banana. Picking up Certified Mail is a nightmare and they do not adhere to the USPS's own guidelines on how to pick up this product. I showed up with the "pink slip" that the postal employee leaves in your mailbox for missed delivery and they told me they couldn't give me my certified mail if I didn't have it in hand. Then the guy behind me steps up to the counter and is in the exact same situation, and they tell him within earshot of me that he does not need the pink slip to pick up his certified mail. See the apple and banana analogy above. There are two employees in particular that exhibit nastiness towards customers.
