The last four packages from them have arrived late, the current one was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago but instead sat in Indiana from Wednesday until Saturday before it finally started moving. Now, it's somehow only in Kansas, so at the earliest it will be over a week late. Just the other day I watched a FedEx driver literally throw a large package out of his truck, which landed heavily on its side against the corner of the curb. He then dragged the item 15-20 feet across the dirt and cement before leaving it at the door. Explains why the packages they deliver are always beat up with damaged items inside. They are also apparently unable to accurately deliver items, the last one to be delivered was left in an Amazon locker under the wrong name, keeping me from accessing it without going through apartment management.

Bought a laptop with Fedex delivery, we NEVER signed the package, but their system showed that the package was signed and delivered. Go to their office to report this issue, they REALLY DON'T care it. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
