- MDMark DeVitoDec 10, 20251.0Update: As expected, the item was falsely "delivered" to our front office, fraudulently signed for, and no where to be found. I shouldn't be able to expect this result, or have to call customer service and file an investigation every time a package comes through FedEx. I am now on the 6th delivery in a row over 4 months that has had some sort of problem, arriving a week or more late with damage from clear lack of care. For this instance, an unauthorized request to "hold" the item was placed by the driver to avoid having to deliver the item on time. This is one day after the driver claimed to deliver an item purchased by my girlfriend to the same address. The person who "signed" for the package does not exist. Side note: I get FedEx deliveries at my job most weekdays. I think it's important to mention for foundation that it is common to see the drivers struggle to park, failing to use common sense when orienting the vehicle or stopping a comical distance away from the loading dock. A few days ago, the driver delivered one small package then sped off with the entire back door open, packages near the edge at risk of being lost or destroyed. I have never seen such consistently unprofessional performance from other shipping companies. Save your time, money, and avoid stress by going with literally any other parcel service.
