My grandma ordered something in which was taking forever to receive. Usually they put a slip in your post office box to inform you that you have a package or they will leave you a key with a letter on it to a bigger box in order to get your package. My grandma waited weeks just to find out after tracking it that the item had been sitting there for over a week and she was never notified. When she spoke to the person at the office, the lady said that "she's been on vacation so the other lady must not have handled the situation." So clearly some peolle are not capable of their job their. That just makes no sense to me. I wish the post office could go back to how it used to be.
