Well I double check this last time and I only did not have an appointment but their phone line is always busy. I came back home to set up another appointment and when I was trying to call them to confirmed that I had finished the process successfully and that my appointment was set up the line was always busy. I was not able to check anything and I had to drive all the way to get attitude from the Front Desk.
