Lady ( not Molly)said she would check with route carrier to locate package. I have a po box. They have never delivered to my house, because I don't have a mail receptacle. Then said call and cancel your order. She don't care!!!

I asked the Post Master if she could place it in one of the many storage lockers they have and leave the key in my PO Box. She stated she could not do this because all the lockers are full. I have never in 20 years seen all the lockers being used. I stopped on the way home (4 hours later) and all but a few were unused. I have a hard time believing that they all emptied in 4 hours. Also, any mail that comes with my street address instead of the PO Box they return even though they now who I am and which box is mine.

Every time I get a package, she says she attempts to deliver it but can't and requires I go to the post office to pick it up. The thing is, I work from home and know for a fact that she does NOT attempt to deliver a thing.
