Both my husband and I have been too slow to tell others of the wonderful staff (every last one of them from the front window to distributors at Post Office). We are not as young as once we were and they have responded to this by carrying out heavy boxes to our car when we could not. They are very friendly throughout the year even at the height of holiday seasons. We could not ask for a better group of people who serve their public with a smile on their faces and humor to boot. Also, misplaced, lost items of mail through the years have been miniscule. We deeply appreciate them. Thanks guys and gals. May you have a blessed Christmas. David & Elvera

Most of the time I've gotten professional service. Even the customers are helpful because that's how friendly VanAlstyne is.
But last year a package I mailed to Minnesota disappeared.
I guess I was supposed to know the package was automatically insured for $100.00 but I did not. Wish I could have claimed my expenses for the loss.

Awful services all the time. The packages are always damaged in some ways, or missing even when they state they have been delivered. Every time I use fedex or use UPS I don’t have any issues!

I am on a contract job, which is no different than when my son-in-law is TDY with the military and this post office returned my mail to sender saying moved with no forwarding address. I did not permanently move or turn in a move request. How DARE THEY
