Came here to do a change of address…everything went easy and I thought everything was fine until 3 weeks later I haven’t received any mail, called to see what was going on, finally after 30 minutes of pressing buttons I was able to speak to a human just for them to tell me there was no change of address received and I will have to do it online. Thanks for nothing

Can hardly ever get my packages delivered to my door, or even the mailboxes. They constantly leave notes saying that they tried knocking and I didn't answer, when I know for a FACT that they never even came out to my house. How are you going to lie like that? I'm at my house ALL DAY since I work at night. They can't say they knocked when I wait AT THE DOOR for them to arrive, only for them to be lazy and never even try to deliver it.

It would be nice to be able to transact business during the noon hour and after four p.m. Desk personnel are friendly and unhurried. Which is great if your being helped but not so much of your fourth or fifth in line. Happiness with rural service is entirely dependent on your carrier -- when it's bad, it's aggravating at best.
