  I needed to mail out sense documents and a return label. The tech at this location guided me through creating labels on my phone which were over $100 each. I then left to grab the additional items I needed and returned to a different upstairs to finish the process to which I was informed that the labels couldn’t be used for what I needed to do. The other location fully helped me but now I’ve been on the phone with ups for 40mins trying to get a refund for the unused labels. I’m not happy about it as I went into the store for help and ended up wasting money.

  Send items didn’t make destination made it to 20 miles away then damaged and lost to never intend to locate any of my very valuable merchandise ups has no value in there customers trust in there services I will never ever use ups no matter what. Thanks ups for not giving one percent in mailing services that’s the way companies disregard the customers I was mistaking to trust ups they Suck

  I wish your location would have posted that you all would be closed today. Maybe your website or somewhere so people were not showing up here at the Kitty Hawk location! Also there is no update on if you are going to be open at all today!
