I was really impressed with the service I received from Ken. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, & patient with his customers. Though I continuously changed my mind regarding which style of stamps I wanted, he never showed signs of frustration….just accommodated me. Thank you, Ken 😊

Did you know that usps deliverers aren't obligated to deliver certified mail to you if you live in an apt? Even if your door is literally only 20 steps from the community mailboxes, and you're disabled... nope, they do not have to! You may think, "That's fine because the "sorry we missed you" notice has a number and an option for redelivery, right?" So, yes it does have an item number but only packages can be found by that #. Which means that you absolutely cannot get certified mail redelivered and they aren't even obligated to redeliver. But please understand, even if they were obligated to redeliver because of the fact that they didn't attempt to deliver the first time, chances are you wouldn't get it a second time. The delivery person that we have, she is so aggravated by her chosen profession and she knows that her job is secure because for some strange reason they need her so she couldn't care less about your mail because she'll get paid either way. So, to get your certified mail delivered to you from this particular location, you have to prove a "hardship". Even though, constant reporting of never receiving certified mail is a hardship in itself; no, that is not good enough. USPS wants to hear from your medical practitioner. Makes total sense right??? I felt so foolish that I didn't calculate for myself "Oh yes, I should recruit my physician to help me get my mail from the post office !!! Yes, the North Blvd location wants to know your doctor's name, what condition you have, what the doctor says about it, and photographs (if you have them). They give their middle finger to those so-called privacy violations. "HIPAA-schmipaa....this is the only way that you're going to get us to actively deliver to you"'. No matter what usps management says, not only is this a violation of privacy but this is also a blatant act of classism since my doctor's word is stronger, more relevant, and more important than mine. Plus, if you are employed to deliver mail, just do your job and actually deliver the mail! Why should it have to go any further than that?! Not only that, but the poor senders of certified mail I'm sure are completely unaware that usps does not "have to" actually deliver the mail that they've been paid to deliver. Senders are being conned and should look into being refunded because their paying for a false promise. If the post office was forced to refund undelivered certified mail fees, I assure you I would never have the problem with receiving my mail again. However they get to keep your money so the jokes on the senders and their receivers. These senders should protest and chant "WE'RE DECEIVED, NO MAIL RECEIVED" because they are literally paying for a disservice. And guess what, if you ever complain like I have.. USPS will probably respond with a generic apology under your comment and suggest you to reach out to them (for the optic of it all) but nothing will change. OR if they're feeling especially cocky they wouldn't respond at all. As a topper (because you've complained), if you get your mail at all.. it will start to come ripped and already read. then pushed back into the hole that was created, like this....

Just made a return. There was no line; I was in and out in two minutes. What more could you ask for. Fella with the glasses and tattoos all over is why I gave -1 star. I don't know if it's a bad day for him, but he wasn't pleasant at all. No type of greeting or a "what can I do for you?". I said "thank you" and he gave me my receipt without a word. Smh. Just quit if you hate your job.
