    Just left UPS store @ Kittyhawk in Universal City. Stood in line twice, first line the person couldn't answer my question. He directed me to the personnel who were processing parcels. While I was taking to him the lady in line behind me was called to be next so skipping me before I could get over to their window. So I waited while both were busy accepting parcels. When the other clerk was finished with his customer he left the front counter, suddenly discovering he absolutely had to move parcels to the back. Leaving me waiting while the sole clerk was packing a parcel for the customer called up skipping me. I wonder why he decided I wasn't worthy of basic customer service? What could it possibly be? Hmm... maybe I was wearing the wrong color shirt for a Wednesday afternoon. That's it it had to be the color. The color of my shirt of course.
