  You said: I just left the ups store off Kitty Hawk and had the young lady Kay laugh at me at everything I said. I was taking a package back from Amazon. I was telling her that Amazon said I just had to bring the package in and they will take care of it all. I had to pay $8 and change. Which thats not the issue. I normally take anything I need to take back to Kholes and never have an issue but this store was unbelievable. I will never go to this location. Its sad how some people want to treat people.   What seems like the store manager was so kind to us even when we decided not to go with the quote but still quoted us so kindly and she was extremely professional. Christian was very kind as well.

  Great job by Jlynn today. My wife had an Amazon return that was complex and took some real patience to navigate and Jlynn was fantastic. She showed patience and a willingness to help figure things out. Not once did we feel like we were bothering her and it would have been understandable if she did.

  I had packaged something myself and it was going to be $140+ for it but Tia was able to help me and make my package ship for $30 ! Thank you so much! I didn’t catch the other woman’s name who helped me but she was also very helpful in making sure my package was able to be delivered within a good price. Give both of those women raises
