She yelled at me on the phone for asking why my package was sent back after she assured me it would be going out again the next day. I told her she didn't have to be rude about it, and she HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!

When I first asked about the problems with my packages they were rude both times and said that it has nothing to do with them. I had to file a claim on one and get my money back.
