Well they've called twice to say it was delivered. I've tried to call them but the phone only rings and rings or is always busy. They're very rude and unhelpful. And whomever delivers the mail on our route always leaves the mailboxes open.

Twice he has delivered someone else's packages. Three times he skipped delivering my packages. I paid extra for a part that I needed to be delivered today and he skipped my house.
