It took less than 1 minute to complete the transfer of address process. Thanks for the quick service, Ruth! Neta also was very organized with the passport process, I was scheduled at 1:45pm, she called me in at 1:38pm and finished at 1:45pm. :) thank y'all! Blessings, Thea

Avoid this post office at all cost. Save yourself the trouble and just go to UPS or FEDEX, I took something to ship on a Thursday, and by Monday it was still sitting at the facility. When I went in to ask about it, they told me it was misshiped and it was on its way to Dallas. The supervisor IS EXTREMELY RUDE! .She came out with attitude and wouldn’t let me talk, just kept saying that she knows what I’m going to say and doesn’t want to hear it. Well them telling me was it was already on it’s was to Dallas was a lie. Now the package that was “Expected” (what my paperwork says) to be delivered on Monday won’t show up until Friday. It was Christmas presents and now they won’t be getting them in time.

I asked about insuring a package I want to send in the future. Not only did the cashier not know anything, but her manager was rude and uninformative. She said "just go online and look it up" I said "do you have any print outs? What is the website?" she said "USPS.com/claims" which is not even a real website. All awhile she is looking at her friend giving weird face expressions behind my back for asking a question having to do with their jobs.

Francine Jones is a true delight. She’s always so personable, helpful and just goes the extra mile to ensure timeliness and customer satisfaction. She’s the best and deserves recognition.
