They never came by my home, are not on my cameras, and never left a single slip or door tag. Today, they said they delivered the box without signature. They even had the audacity to upload a picture of my driveway and entire front of my house where there is clearly NO package anywhere to be seen. The item in the package is $2,000. I also had to wait over two weeks after one of FedEX employees claimed they updated my package to a SPECIFIC address in Longview to hold for pickup when I stated I am not home during delivery hours, which they provided me, and when a week passed, another employee told me that was never done. This is why people and companies such as Amazon, prefer UPS.
