Was told it was left in mailbox and wasnt there. Your driver is a joke I've had issues with u.s.p.s. out here 4 times take some lessons from ups and Amazon. Even doordash can do a better job. Now I've gotta try and find my package I paid for. I wont be ordering anything else if u.s.p.s. is delivering it.

Lady up front is very rude and moves in an aggressive mannerism like you have done something to upset her, and all you are doing is picking something up or asking a question. If it wasn't for the couple of times I have called and talked to a man there who gave amazing customer service , I would give them one star.

A friend and I were supposed to have several packages delivered today. We have a large locker for packages, complete with signage saying DELIVER PACKAGES HERE and sitting in plain sight, and these people STILL can't deliver our stuff. How pathetic. Last week they delivered our packages to a BUSINESS across the road - by leaving them sitting outside the closed business's gate. The only way we got them was by the business owner posting on the town's Facebook page. Like I said ... pathetic.
Now I'm heading to the main USPS website to file a complaint.
BTW: after having issues receiving my ordinary MAIL at my address (that I've lived at for more than 5 years), I had to open a PO Box. I kept it for around two years. During those two years, the suddenly didn't have a problem delivering mail to my actual address.....

I absolutely loathe the Troup post office. After reading the other reviews, I now see that I am not the only one having these significant problems. The 5 star reviews are obviously friends of the people who work there. They should be ashamed of themselves for posting false reviews. I was waiting for a package that had been "delayed in transit", but now I was sent a text from the post office that said "package held at office at customer's request." I did NO such thing. Liars! Then I looked at the order on Amazon's site and the post office had told them "a delivery was attempted and the package is being held at the office". That did NOT happen. Liars! These have to be some of the laziest people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Most of the complaints from the other reviewers have also happend to me. Too many to list. I will keep looking for other ways to get my packages delivered. As for the review of the post master, that's an outright lie. The guy has a serious attitude problem. This post office should be completely restaffed; especially the post master. And for the review that stated the post master told her they get paid by the step; they don't. They get salaries that are negotiated by their union. By the step? You have got to be kidding me!

Troup post office is the absolute worst. They don't attempt to deliver packages and the post master lies on a regular basis about the business. He told me they couldn't deliver my package because they got paid per step and my house wasn't on the route when they counted steps for the year. They loose mail constantly as well. I have to have my mail delivered somewhere else so I will get it.
