I am so sick of the USPS in Trinity there are some laziest people, trying to run a business trying to get my products on time for my customers never get things on time makes me look bad to my customers, They lie say they need a code to get in the gate. I don’t even have a gate to my driveway. they just don’t want to deliver, they had to put some excuse to note down put on the file

Not happy with the local post office in that they neglected to protect and deliver personally addressed goods to the rightful owner. A staff member at the post office gave my package to someone else and did not require ID. When I presented the slip placed in my mailbox to the postal personnel, I was informed that my package was already picked up. Well, how can it be picked up if the slip is in my hand. This is very frustrating, but at the same time I understand mistakes happen. My expectations for postal handling is greater than that of a store clerk because the role commands adherence to federal regulations. The part that is upsetting is that I was given a piece of paper indicating I must file a "claim" to see "IF" I can recoup the costs of their mistake. I kept being told "IF".....seriously! When you go to USPS.com, customer service is even difficult to contact. If everything is scanned into their system as I've seen many times, an investigation should easily identify who made the mistake and cameras can identify who it was given to (which obviously was NOT me).

Reading the reviews I see I'm not the only one with a problem with this post office. I try hard not to use this place. They have lost 3 packages for me. The sad part is, they act like they don't care. They always say it's delivered. If you want your package do not use this post office.

I’ve been here over 5 years. Our residence is located .: miles from post office. I want to get mail delivered to our residence, like all other homes on our street. I went through the process of acquiring a mail box and got DOT to install. Post office refuses to deliver due to some ordinance or law that says you have to be at least 1 mile from PO go get delivery. My wife is disabled and I’m over 70, and the post office still won’t allow residence delivery! There is some grandfather clause that prohibits new deliveries less than a mile, even in special medical circumstances. Awaiting a meeting with Trinity mayor to discuss discrimination possibilities over this.

I was at home all day 1-30 (Monday), I never left and was in my living room all day (small house). My package was scheduled for delivery 1-30 and we had good weather. Getting my mail, I had some normal mailers and a slip saying 'Sorry We Missed You'. But you didn't miss me, no one tried. I was at home and have cameras that record if you are in my yard. No one entered my yard. The mail person never even got out. How does delivering a slip of paper with a blatant lie that you missed me on it help me or mean that your job is finished? I did not pay shipping to have to reschedule a package based on a lazy and/or apathetic mail person. Not cool. Not professional. A failure. Picking up the package at the post office was easy though out of my way. The staff were nice, but that still does not negate that you (whoever the mail person is) failed to do your job. I can understand missing mail or the wrong mail, but to leave me a message that you missed me just so you could get home earlier or whatever is some pretty shoddy work and you should lose your job unless there were emergency circumstances. My normal experience with this Post Office has been a good one (4-5 stars) and this is the first real issue...its just a shameful one that should not have happened. Update: I will remove\edit this review if the driver apologizes in writing for lying about a fraudulent attempt to deliver this package and for lying about "Sorry we missed you." Seems fair to me. Update: I have since seen my mail person and its the same mail lady I have had that has delivered numerous packages to my house without any issue. So, that leaves me to believe one of two scenarios: The normal mail lady was not driving that day or there was some circumstance that an otherwise good mail driver was unable to overcome and so resulted in not getting out to deliver my mail. I have given some more stars in reflection of the packages I have received without issues in the past. Hopefully stuff like this does not become a common place thing.
