Unfortunately his lack of communication is causing us to take other options to get it resolved. Filing a BBB report now. We returned two Amazon purchases on 1/29/26. Understanding they were training a new employee. We had patience with the new employee and the trainer as they too were helping customers. The item that cost like $10 was returned and we were reimbursed by the company. For some reason the item which costed $497.00. Was not entered into their system correctly or was missed labeled, whatever. We have the receipts for two packages, this was brought to their attention yesterday as we had not received the refund. Employees remember us in the store and our returns. The manager said he would have to review their camera footage to confirm our story, he stated he would either call us with his findings yesterday by the the end of the day or today. He was asked who was responsible for the product and our reimbursement, he stated either UPS or they (the store) are. As we had not heard a peep, we checked back with them this afternoon! Lo AND BEHOLD HE IS OFF TODAY! One unhappy customer!
