I was told I would have to get a card and fill out and send in. The post office personnel don’t want me wondering in their office. No r do they want to handle paperwork. 2nd option do it online filled out the screens hit accept next screen indicates $29.95 charge to a credit card is necessary to process. Are you !/^* kidding me.
