  customer service is lazy, the young female working 4/29/26 at 255pm wanted me to do her job but yet helped everybody else, so she is picking and choosing who she wants to help

  Called to get hours and the automated message said they’re open. Website says they’re open. Sign on the door says they’re closed until further notice.

  Sign on the door today 4/27/2026 says “Closed Until Further Notice.” Website should be updated for this location as a few folks stopped over and saw the signage taped to the front door.

  My mom went to drop off a return package and she asked the lady at the front if she could help her to print out a label, then the lady proceeded to say I can’t help you , I am too busy with customers, with barely customers in the store . Very incompetent and rude staff . 👎

  I have never encountered such unhelpful and rude staff. Rejected packages, causing enormous stress, when after speaking with UPS agents and other stores there was no such reason for the rejection. Completely made up and false information by incompetent staff. I wouldn’t even rate a one star.
