- CLCegada Llc6 days ago1.0I came to print a poster, and I was told that the printer has been broken for over a year, but they could send it to another store and have it ready in 2 days. Since I didn’t need it urgently, I agreed. It has now been over a week, and I still haven’t received my poster, just one small poster, not 100. The manager won’t show up or take responsibility. UPS is great for many things, but for printing and customer service, this store has been the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Another employee I guess was prank calling them and they were cussing at each other over the phone
