  Based on my experience with Robert Half, I was told outright (by multiple staff members during the interview processes) that because I don’t have a degree, they couldn’t justify paying me at the same level as candidates who does; despite my decades of experience in high-paying roles and scoring high on their assessment test. In my view, this approach isn’t beneficial to candidates without formal education. It places more value on a degree than on proven skills and real-world performance, limiting earning potential regardless of what you’ve actually accomplished. Instead of advocating for fair compensation based on experience, it feels like the focus is on placing degree-holders to simplify their process rather than doing the work to support candidates with established, hands-on expertise.

  Having to report them to Texas Workforce Commission for non payment of wages. I would think twice before working with this establishment.

  WARNING ALERT !!!!!! I applied for thousands of jobs and all their jobs are not real!! Because i learned from Business Bureau this company is losing money and they are not in the market no more.

  Great company. Great people. The worked themselves out of a job when we hired the last temp they sent us. Update. 7 years later. Helped provide us with outstanding service during another temp crisis. They haven't slacked off even a bit.
