  Luke is a jerk , he is not helpful to customers , i will never use this location or company again . I was charged over $30 for a fax service and the recipient never received the fax , they wanted to charge me again to refax .

  Muy mala experiencia. En la tienda UPS nos dieron un recibo incorrecto y usaron una etiqueta que no correspondía a nuestro envío. Ahora el paquete aparece como perdido y en la tienda solo dicen que “no pueden hacer nada”. No ofrecieron ayuda ni solución, a pesar de que el error ocurrió allí. Muy decepcionante. Very disappointing experience. The UPS store gave us the wrong receipt and used a label that did not belong to our shipment. Now the package shows as lost, and the store keeps saying they “can’t do anything.” They offered no help or solution, even though the mistake happened there. Very unprofessional.

  The man working today was amazing, I called to get information about printing my resume and he was extremely helpful then I just came in to print my resumes and he was friendly, fast and kind! This ups is amazing !!!!!

  Package wasn't delivered when it was supposed to because they couldn't find a valid address. Returned with no refund now I have to reship with another carrier. Will never come back again.
