I called the store and Nathan was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. He was able to quickly correct the label and took care of everything without any trouble. Every time I visit this location, the staff is always polite, efficient, and willing to help. They are well staffed, quick to get you in and out, and consistently provide excellent customer service. I really appreciate everyone there for going above and beyond.

Great mailing service and Amazon returns as well as superb notary. I am so frustrated when Amazon forces me to go to the Whole Foods for drop off as the lines are consistently 15 people deep. I’ve never waited in line here; not once. Excellent management and employees reflect that. Well done, Folks!

I was shipping something incredibly sentimental to me and they made sure to pack it with extra care! Luc, the manager, is always welcoming and professional, and the owner, Nathan, has truly created something special and runs an excellent operation. The team, is consistently friendly, fast, and makes the whole process easy. After coming here, I do not even bother with other locations anymore. This one is hands-down the best!
