But unfortunately, the store manager (woman) is never friendly, and she is always annoyed and condescending to customers. Don't ask her any questions because it's a nuisance to her. I've been there dozens of times, try to get her to relax and smile, but her mood never changes. The rest of the staff is helpful and kind but their morale might be chipped away by working under that manager. I'll keep going but never like interacting with her regardless if it's slow or busy there.

A line will form and 1 person to serve customers, while 2 to 3 people are busy packing and bagging parcels in plastic bags, etc. And I agree with the another review this store does smell bad, it has the smell of tobacco the whole time, really unpleasant. The service are slower than expected and not as pleasant to visit as before.
