- GWGreg Waters6 days ago1.0UPS driver just placed a paper on my door for my secured package, instead of knocking or ringing doorbell. Then when called location rude and states not their problem. I have video cameras all over my property. Terrible business practices.
- PHPam HuntDec 18, 20255.0Well, you know how the Christmas rush can be it can be crazy and of course I was not organized enough well the staff at this location are absolutely wonderful and I’d like to specifically recognize Ivan P for everything that he did today to help me with my returns! I have a full home of company right now and just didn’t have time to do this, but I had to so I’m very very grateful to everybody there and Ivan P definitely deserves a great pat on the back or a raise!

Me and my 6 year old daughter was having a conversation and I asked her if she was employed with “UPS” she replied yes. Saul, was patient with my child and allowed her to print the label from the computer, get the label from the printer and scan the label as if she was an actual employee. It was so sweet to me a Kodak moment I couldn’t capture by camera or video. I hope he goes far in life and God Blesses him tremendously because we are followers of Jesus Christ and his kindness and professionalism wasn’t unnoticed. I hope keeps this mannerisms and attitude.

It baffles me how complete and utter rudeness is allowed in a work environment. I will not be returning to this store ever again! No wonder the reviews are horrible.
