  Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this FedEx location. The employee I spoke with was rude, argumentative, and kept interrupting me while I was simply trying to ask questions. There was no attempt to listen or help resolve my issue. I’ve been a customer here for a long time, which makes this experience even more frustrating. This is not the level of service I expect from FedEx

  The people who work here are so nice. I called them multiple times for help with orders, and they have been patient and helpful beyond what I would expect. It’s actually so difficult to find this kind of service anywhere, and I really appreciated it!

  Thanks to the excellent service provided by a young store employee named Eric Bañuelos (I asked for his last name), who has been extremely helpful, very kind, empathetic, and friendly, without being part of a systematic process but truly understanding the customer's needs, I can give FedEx a TEN (yes, just for ONE person, who leaves a pleasant impression). Eric helped me as best he could with a personal emergency, and with the enthusiasm and professionalism he showed, I wish him every success in the future. A round of applause for Eric and whoever hired him.

  i'm surprised there are so many one star reviews. personally this was the best fedex location i've been to. the women who worked there were all so sweet and printed out what i needed. the woman who helped me even completely made my package for me. mind you my package was one that had to be mailed off to usps and she was still kind enough to go through that effort for me.
