I love that each staff member greet me upon entrance. I’d also like to mention, Mr.Will assisted me with retrieving package that was 112 pounds. He extremely quick, and even offered to help me with getting it into my vehicle. Everyone in the store was so pleasant and customer oriented! I was absolutely satisfied with my experience here!

I was billed incorrectly by FedEx and he went above and beyond to try to assist me in who I need to contact to get it resolved. The incident didn’t even happen at this store, but he still tried to do what he could since the other FedEx store is 4 hours away and I no longer live there. I appreciate humans like him. What a genuinely good person!
