Literally went back and forth with them trying to figure out the problem and at the end he started having an attitude. Not to mention I was getting charged for a shipping label. Not once have I had a problem there but this one time. Went to the woodlands location just to find out that printing shipping labels are free. Went to this location just to waste my time because they knew I was printing a shipping label. Hire people that know what they are doing/talking about in this field.

I love that each staff member greet me upon entrance. I’d also like to mention, Mr.Will assisted me with retrieving package that was 112 pounds. He extremely quick, and even offered to help me with getting it into my vehicle. Everyone in the store was so pleasant and customer oriented! I was absolutely satisfied with my experience here!
- MMMlDec 13, 20255.0The store was slammed today when I went in. The gentleman who tried to help me was so kind and patient. I was billed incorrectly by FedEx and he went above and beyond to try to assist me in who I need to contact to get it resolved. The incident didn’t even happen at this store, but he still tried to do what he could since the other FedEx store is 4 hours away and I no longer live there. I appreciate humans like him. What a genuinely good person!
