The staff at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. It’s clear that customer service training is badly needed. One particular employee was especially disrespectful, showed no professionalism, and had an extremely poor attitude. She did not know how to speak to customers and made the entire experience uncomfortable. This type of behavior should not be tolerated in a customer-facing role. I was so frustrated that I walked out without completing my business. Although I am a resident of The Colony, I will not return to this location. I would rather drive farther to another post office where customers are treated with respect. Ironically, the one thing done well was asking me to complete a customer service survey.
