And on top of that, they marked it as DELIVERED on the tracking website. I have NEVER heard of a delivery driver taking it upon themselves to return a package to sender without delivering it just because they do not recognize the name! That’s ridiculous. Your job is to DELIVER the mail! The company I ordered from still believes I received the package and this has created an absolute mess to try and get them to either resend it to a new address and/or refund me for the undelivered product. This USPS is awful!

I’ve never really had a positive experience at a post office before, but she handles everything quickly even when it’s busy, and she’s always super super kind. I visit this location occasionally because it’s close to home, and I truly hope I get to see her here for a long time. Her customer service is 10000 out of 10.
