- HAHarold Arnold1 day ago1.0Terrible customer service. I walked in and was immediately serviced by the available representative. In the middle of helping me he took a phone call and began assisting the caller while I just awkwardly stood there. Five other customers were fully serviced before me by other representatives, including people that came into the store after me. I watched an entire line be serviced while I awkwardly stood there being ignored by the person who began assisting me to begin with. A simple “please hold” And continue assisting the person you had already told to come over, me, And then assist the caller once you’re done helping me. The call came after he started assisting me so why am I now pushed to the back of the line because you took a phone call. A quick drop off turned into a 15 minute wait time for no reason. The worst part is that once the other two representatives were available I walked over and asked if they could help me and at that exact moment the original representative finished the he took and instead of finishing what he started he looked at me, Handed the box here had gone from my package to the other representative and walked to the back of the store to sit down. Genuinely discussed customer service and the employee doesn’t even seem to care.

Usually you pay for shipping, and as a courtesy UPS can pint the label for you if you’re shipping through it. I’m not sure if policy changed nationally or at this location, but charge was $3.49 for printing a UPS label for UPS shipping. Decided to go to the FedEx next door at ‘4770 State Hwy 121, Lewisville’ and they print for free if you’re shipping through FedEx. Why nickle and dime your customer if they are already paying for shipping is beyond my understanding, and I find that stupid.
