I paid $250 to 2-day air Christmas gifts to San Diego; they messed up and put 2 different stickers on the box and the package was delivered to a completely wrong address. Luckily the business who received the package called me on Christmas Eve and I was able to coordinate for the package to be picked up by the person it was supposed to be delivered to. Was given the run around by both this store and UPS corporate about refunding my money; it’s been over a month since a claim was filed and have not heard from anyone regarding a refund. It’s extremely unfortunate that I paid so much money only to have them mess up and deliver the package to a wrong address.
