- KLKelly LeeFeb 20, 20261.0The front desk employees in there are so unprofessional and rude and think they control the floe of mail. They had an attitude from the very start even though I was cheery and smiling when I approached the desk. They told me they couldn't scan multiple QR codes for a tiktok return even though several other locations have on at least 4 occasions I can recall quickly. She yelled out to me "maybe you should go wherever they've done it before because we sure as hell wont". Even though it was literally the company she works for thats done it before. So now my other returns wont process because she didnt scan all the labels but took the box anyway. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR THE FRONT DESK, only use it for a p.o.box if needed; you'll have your day ruined if you use the front desk.

- GGGhostNov 25, 20251.0The postal worker that works at the counter waste customers time talking about her stepson repeatedly I guess people don't know how stupid they sound talking about their stepson over and over holding up the customers time the line went from two people to eight people and nothing was done about it then throws packages across to their bins not knowing what's in each package she just throws it I'm sure everyone knows who I'm talking about my stepson my stepson the biggest part was watching her throw all the package watching her be nice to everyone else and I come in I get one word sentence because I was judged automatically full-blown 10-minute conversation with customer about stepson like I said line went from two people to eight
