I was blown up 22 times in iraq so I’m already having trouble just stepping out and doing things, but for some particular reason when I first came to this location, I was met with hostility rudeness, and I don’t know if it’s one of those go beyond and above with the title that you have I don’t know, but I met this woman here and you ever met somebody and you just knew you weren’t gonna like them well, I’ve tried to get over that in my life. Try to move forward from that you know judge and he will be judged forgive and he will be forgiven so I just wrote it off as maybe this person is having a bad day maybe their husband‘s cheating on them are their girlfriend just seemed like they didn’t really wanna help me because they were using the rules and the regulations of their job but really I just feel like they just didn’t want to do their job or they were doing their job to the max, so i chalked it up as that and I left Come back another. I don’t know a month or so later dreading it. I don’t even like this location and same girl, I was hoping to get the other guy but unfortunately I didn’t. You know when there’s like someone in front of you and they’re being helped and you’re like great. I don’t want that person. Hopefully, I can get the next person but then that person ends up helping that person faster than the other person you really wanted so now you gotta go up there and talk to the person you never wanted to talk to in the first place yeah she’s that person so after that back-and-forth and I can’t help you it’s federal. I have my ID tracking number. Everything matched, they were loading up the truck she said, but she couldn’t grab it because my address didn’t match, but I had the tracking number. My name was on it. And a light bill to prove who i was I had the information from the seller saying that it was mine just a lot of Red tape. This person was really trying to make me jump through. Johnny Cash rings of fire Maybe it’s the color my skin maybe I’m not white enough. I don’t know but after back-and-forth, I just said you know what don’t worry about it. I’ll figure it out on my own and I asked her for her name And her name is Crystal from here on out. I will not come to this location. I will go to a different location, even if it’s a lot further just to avoid this person. I don’t like her. I don’t like her energy. I don’t like the way she helped me but I guess here there’s just not that many employees for this location to choose from so you know, beggars can’t be choosers, they just have to take who they can this is a real experience of mine. How’s your day going? You know just keep that nice energy so that things flow nicely but every time it doesn’t matter how nice I am or what I say or the way I say it this person still gives the same energy same ugliness I don’t understand it and they’ve been like this consistent so I’m just done with this location you know turn the other cheek walk away it’s always worth it i’m born and raised in Texas. In the country and this here is not Texas hospitality. This is something else but I hope everything works out for this person. I’ll say a prayer for her and maybe things will change in her life and get better for her because to treat people the way she is or doing it the way she’s doing it. It’s gotta be something else going on in this person‘s life. You never know what someone’s going through. Listen, even if it has to do with whatever rules or regulations you say you can’t do which I thought was crazy. That’s not what I’m writing about. It’s the way you do it the way you go by doing it how you do it how you speak to people that’s the issue I’m having 🙏

She was like hurry up or you won't be able to process your passport. Very rude and unprofessional. I never got to process the passport.
