  The heavy set guy is extremely rude and made me feel unwelcome with his negative energy. Never returning to this place, the UPS Store in Arkadelphia is much better, very friendly and welcoming people!

  The location, shared with a Subway restaurant doesnt give significant amount of space needed to operate this lucrative business. On a very busy, traffic riddled, two lane road. It's easy to pass up. Parking is limited since it's shared, additional parking in the rear, but the walk is a small slope. The store isn't ergonomically designed for waiting, and let's be honest, there will be waiting. The line wraps around the building at certain times. NEW INDEPENDENT LOCATION NEEDED ASAP! With all that said, my package got to its destination. Kudos for doing what you guys do!

  There was a very long line and the gentleman was very kind and patient with all the customers, including a gentleman in from of me that was rude.
