This is the worst USPS office I have EVER dealt with. They literally never ever answer the phone. You can’t leave voicemails because their voicemail box is always full. The one rare occurrence I did speak with someone they claimed they’d call me back and never did. This office is absolutely horrible.

Mixed reviews as there are no issues the lobby interactions. And most mail delivery are without issues. However, 4 times this year since summer months to now end of November, my mail person isn't picking up outgoing mail. I place it early AM or the night before, raise the flag and then my mail isn't picked up. Last time it was 3 days before it was picked up. Supervisor at lobby says they don't open box unless they have something to deliver so if I didn't get mail for the day it's regardless if I have flag up. But I did get mail with outgoing mail in box and flag up and they still don't take it. It's like they just choose not to take it....simple letter with postage. And don't try to call the lobby, they never answer and the voice mailbox is always full.

USPS has been doing excellently lately all things considered. Had a package with signature required that I missed. Went to the post office and a nice lady dedicated a good bit of time helping me out. Got a call later in the day from her and the mail carrier saying they had the package, then they gave me good instructions on how I can have it delivered in the parcel box. I feel bad having hung up on you towards the end as you started speaking again! Thank you a ton for the help.
