I still have a large , tall mound of ice coming up to my front door but, that didn't stop him from bringing a package all the way up to the door. Honestly if it were me I probably would have left it out before the ice mound. I had no idea a package was being delivered. It's a subscription package. Anyway, thank you for being such a great mail carrier. You are definitely appreciated

Lady didn’t even come to my door before hitting that little button that says it couldn’t be delivered!! I work overnights and now they want me to come get my package from the office, I’m not even awake during those hours!! You guys are absolutely terrible! On top of that, my last package was delivered to a whole house! I live in an apartment, there’s an apartment number, so why would you even think it goes to a house?

You can’t leave voicemails because their voicemail box is always full. The one rare occurrence I did speak with someone they claimed they’d call me back and never did. This office is absolutely horrible.
- SCSonia CervantesNov 25, 20253.0Mixed reviews as there are no issues the lobby interactions. And most mail delivery are without issues. However, 4 times this year since summer months to now end of November, my mail person isn't picking up outgoing mail. I place it early AM or the night before, raise the flag and then my mail isn't picked up. Last time it was 3 days before it was picked up. Supervisor at lobby says they don't open box unless they have something to deliver so if I didn't get mail for the day it's regardless if I have flag up. But I did get mail with outgoing mail in box and flag up and they still don't take it. It's like they just choose not to take it....simple letter with postage. And don't try to call the lobby, they never answer and the voice mailbox is always full.
