  I called this location to ask about notary service. The man I spoke with said they provide notary service from 8am to closing. My daughter drove me there before she was to go to her work because I’m disabled and have problems walking and breathing. We arrived at 7:55am. There was a female behind the counter and a man she was having a conversation with on the opposite side of the counter. I waited until 8am to go in. I was already weak from getting dressed and making the trip there. When I made it to the counter the female asked if she can help me. I told her I would like the notary service. She said they only do that from 9am to 5:30pm. Disappointed I told her that’s not what the man on the phone told me and I won’t be back, so I hobbled back outside to my daughter’s vehicle. My daughter asked me what happened and I told her what transpired inside. Upset. My daughter went inside and I saw her talking to the lady. The lady told my daughter that she told me that because she’s the only worker there and she does not want a line of customers. I’m guessing she thinks I’m more than one person? It makes no sense to us since there was only the man and myself in the building with the female worker. Before my daughter and I drove away, other customers came. I’m sure she didn’t turn them away since they all look like her. I think it’s because I’m a black woman and that was her racist way of not providing service to me. She didn’t seem to have a problem helping the white customers that came inside the store AFTER us. They created a line, not I. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! THEY DO NOT DESERVE THE BUSINESS OF NON RACIST PEOPLE!!! I was lied to and treated unprofessionally and unfairly.

  Early this week a driver left medical supplies for my 93 year old dad, by the trash can on the road, 300 feet away from the front door. If anybody with the co. cares to check their employers behavior, my 93 years old dad lives on 2086 toward Ratibor. If this is the best UPS can do, I won't use them & I'll make every effort to dissuade others from using them. Unless of course, they grow up.

  The WORSE for DELIVERIES still waiting fir a Christmas present for a little girl who won't get it today. VERY DISSAPOINTING
